Hi, I’m Dr. Kasey Boehmer.

I’m a Mayo Clinic researcher, associate professor, speaker, and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve also lived with six chronic conditions, three of which I have had since childhood , so you could say I’m an overachiever.

You could also say I’m in a unique position to help other high achievers navigate life’s challenges and regain the confidence and motivation to keep striving.

Today, I’m dedicated to helping others conquer life’s hurdles by building balance and structure in their schedules, tapping into their confidence, and embracing mindfulness as a tool for success.
